Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore all features for your chosen plan before committing.
How is "number of users" counted?
Users are counted as active accounts in your organization. Deactivated or deleted accounts do not count toward your user limit. You can add or remove users at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and your billing will be prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer for annual plans. All payments are processed securely.
Is there an annual billing discount?
Yes — paying annually saves you 10% compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team to switch to an annual plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your 14-day trial ends, you can choose a paid plan to continue. Your data is retained for 30 days after the trial so nothing is lost.
